CALENDAR & FYI
Our primary classes are Zumba® (Latin-inspired group fitness) and Praize Kraze® (Christ-centered group fitness). Check the calendar for dates for iTone (our cross-training/strengthening class added for variety). A mat and hand weights enhance iTone, but if you don't have either, it's okay!
All classes meet from 6pm to 6:45pm. Why 45 minutes? We share the gym with a volleyball league that begins their setup/team warm-up right after us. When volleyball is not in season, we take advantage of the opportunity to extend class.
INSTRUCTORS AND SUBS
Precious McCloud is the primary instructor. Terri Bost Moy is our long-term sub. Due to work/family obligations, Precious can only maintain a regular teaching schedule on Tuesdays (and the occasional Thursday). Typically, Terri or another instructor teaches fitness classes on Thursdays.
